Health insurance for employers with two or more employees is “guaranteed issue” . . . that means no health questions are asked so you don’t need to worry about changing plans to get a better rate with a different insurance company. We take your census data and send it to nearly every major insurance company in Oregon for quotes. You just need to have two employees who work at least 17.5 hours per week in order to qualify for an employer group policy.

Due to the rising costs of health insurance, some employers are moving to partially self-funded plans, particularly when they employ a large group of young and healthy people.
