Put on clothes, take off clothes; includes upper body, lower body, braces, fasteners, artificial limbs, or compression socks. - Toileting
Get on & off the toilet, managing clothing, performing associated hygiene. - Transferring
Move into & out of bed, chair, or wheelchair. - Continence
Hygiene associated, catheter or colostomy bag – when unable to control bladder or bowel function. - Eating
Get food to your mouth with a utensil, feeding tube or intravenousl.
